Support is provided by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC in English and Spanish. Screenshots can help with a layout issue; use a screen without journal details and remove personal information first. We do not need a journal export to troubleshoot the app.
Where is my journal?
Your journal is stored locally on your device. No sign-in is required and Mavi does not keep a cloud copy. Reinstalling, losing your device or losing the encryption key can prevent access. If the app reports a storage problem, keep the installation and retry; do not uninstall it as a recovery step. Support cannot reconstruct a key or records we do not hold.
Why is note assistance unavailable?
Mavi Plus note assistance depends on a compatible on-device model, its readiness and language support. On Apple devices, Apple Intelligence must be available on compatible iOS or iPadOS 26 hardware. Android Gemini Nano is Preview-only and is disabled in the published Android build. A model may require a platform download; Mavi does not switch to a cloud service when it is unavailable. Use the ordinary check-in instead.
Write a short note about your own observations on the selected day, then review the fields before saving. Medical questions, uncertain or conflicting statements and unsupported content can be withheld. Do not send us the note or a journal export to troubleshoot availability; the device model, OS version, app version and selected language are enough to start.
Manage Mavi Plus
Use Restore purchases in Mavi’s Plus area with the store account that made the purchase. For help locating a purchase, send its order or transaction reference without payment details. Restore recovers eligible Plus access, not your journal.
Manage renewal, cancellation and store receipts through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or journal does not cancel a subscription.
Reminders and widgets
Enable reminders from Mavi’s Settings and allow notifications when asked. Delivery can be affected by operating-system notification, focus or battery settings. Neutral reminder wording is the default.
Add a Mavi widget from your device’s Home-screen widget picker. Android also supports a pin request from Mavi when the launcher allows it. Widgets are shortcuts; they do not show private journal entries.
Export, erase and privacy requests
Settings provides a journal export and local deletion control. Exports are not encrypted by Mavi; choose the destination carefully. Local deletion cannot erase copies already shared or cancel a store subscription.

It does not confirm ovulation or pregnancy and is not birth control. Ask a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms or medical decisions.
