Mavi is a personal journal for adults. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Using Mavi
Mavi is provided by J.R.SOSA & CO. LLC for adults aged 18 or older. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable store license. Use Mavi for your own lawful personal journaling. Do not attempt to bypass store purchase validation, interfere with the service, or copy protected app materials without permission.

Estimates and education
Future period dates are estimates based on your recorded history or chosen cycle preferences. Missing entries, changing cycles and individual variation can affect them. An estimated date does not confirm ovulation, fertility, pregnancy, a diagnosis or a safe day for unprotected sex. Mavi is not contraception.
Insights describe the records you entered. Unlogged days are unknown. Educational articles provide general information and source links; they do not evaluate your symptoms or replace professional care. Do not delay needed care because of an app estimate, article or missing alert. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Reviewing assisted notes
Optional note assistance suggests a limited draft from the words you supply; it can miss or misinterpret information. It does not answer health questions, diagnose, recommend treatment, infer a period start or replace professional care. Review every suggested field and confirm the final check-in yourself. Unsupported or unavailable devices and languages use manual entry, with no cloud inference fallback. Device model availability is not guaranteed, and the Android Preview feature is not included in the published Android build.
Your records and device
You decide what to record and export. Keep access to your device secure, and enable optional app lock if useful to you. There is no Mavi cloud journal account or automatic journal recovery. Device loss, removal of the app, or loss of its encryption key can make records inaccessible.
Exports are not encrypted by Mavi. You are responsible for selecting a destination and protecting any copy you save or share. We cannot retrieve or erase copies held by a recipient or other app. Local notifications are optional and their delivery depends on device permissions, timing and operating-system behavior.
Mavi Plus
Mavi Plus is an optional auto-renewing subscription. The app and store checkout show the available features, subscription period, localized price and applicable terms before you purchase. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled under the store’s rules. A promotional trial applies only when explicitly shown by the store.
The App Store or Google Play charges and manages the purchase. Restore purchases in Mavi can restore an eligible entitlement for the relevant store account; it does not restore journal records or an encryption key. Cancelling renewal normally leaves access until the store-confirmed end of the paid period. Expiry does not erase your local journal or block the free journal features.
Manage or cancel through Apple’s subscription settings or Google Play subscriptions. Removing Mavi, deleting the journal, or emailing support does not itself cancel renewal. Refunds are handled under the applicable store policy and your legal rights.
App content and changes
The app’s design, educational presentation, artwork and software are owned by the publisher or used with permission. Your own journal entries remain yours. External websites and store services operate under their own terms.
We may improve the app or update these terms. Material changes will be identified through the updated page or an appropriate app notice. We do not promise that every device, estimate, reminder or external service will always function without interruption.
Your rights and support
Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be limited. Contact contact@jrsosa.co for app or purchase support. We provide technical support, not medical care.
For the iOS app, Apple’s standard end-user license agreement applies unless the store presents another applicable license.
